What is the Dow Award?
The Dow Award, created in 1978 and currently in its 47th edition, recognizes students of the Master's in Chemical Engineering (MEQ) who excel in applying key academic and personal competencies. The award offers the winners a unique opportunity to start a professional career at Dow, either in Tarragona or at other European locations.

The Dow Award was created in 1978, and is currently celebrating its 47th edition. This distinction recognizes not only academic competencies but also the personal skills of final-year MEQ students.
Since 2012, the award has provided winners with a unique opportunity to begin their professional careers at Dow in Tarragona or other European locations, working in areas such as Operations or Research and Development.
Over the years, Dow Award winners have become managers, technical leaders, researchers, professors, and industry role models, contributing not only to the growth of Dow but also to the development of the scientific and industrial community.

Selection Process
- First Phase: Interview with Dow professionals (50%).
- Second Phase: Presentation and interview with the ETSEQ-Dow jury (50%) on the topic "Risks in the Chemical Industry and Prevention Measures".
Requirements
To participate, you must:
- Be enrolled in the MEQ and graduate in the year of the award.
- Submit the application via Moodle, including:
- Curriculum Vitae.
- Academic transcript.
- 3-minute personal video.
- Presentation to the jury.
